Yes, yes they are... but...

I've been wanting to learn how to setup an e-commerce website for years. At the end of 2019 and into the start of 2020 I was building an online drop-shipping store using Shopify. It was mostly straightforward but it took longer than I thought it should have if I'm honest. I only listed 40 products (and their varients within them) but I didn't get to the final stages as once the Pandemic took hold, shipping out of China was on hold. So I just left it, I'd put a reasonable amount of time into it and I liked what I had done but after using Wix I am extremely confident I could build something much faster and more visually appealing.

I decided to have a go with Wix and "sell" T-shirts that are designed with the the cover art from the Logic Pro tracks I have created. Realistically I'm not intending to sell the t-shirts but I've gone through the whole process as tho I was an online store to learn the process from start to finish. I had the "Love & Luck" t-shirt printed and delivered to me and love it.

It's been a great opportunity as I've wanted to be able to get custom DTG (direct to garment) clothing made & now I've found a straightforward path,

Back in 2020 my daughter got into using a Cricut printer and we made a few t-shirts. I loved the idea and went and bought a few (massive understatement) plain coloured t-shirts to print on. Once I started looking at the costs of Cricut materials I could see its not financially a viable option.

I reached out to a company who print a lot of sports tops etc based on a friends recommendation but they just failed to follow up with me once I was ready to go ahead with their final mock up of the provided design.

Now that I've figured out setting up an online shop in Wix (which has been super straightforward) I'm excited to create a few e-commerce websites for myself.
